with soloists. Restructured the music

Trinity United
Directed the Chancel choir (30+),
children’s choir, and handbell choir (3 octaves). Worship committee. Co-directed the annual Christmas musical, as
well as an Easter or Tenebrae concert or production. Formed a Ladies’ Quartet (Gloria), which
performed frequently in public.
Resurrected handbell choir (previously dormant for 10 years). Founded the Arcadia Children’s Chorus, which
invited non-member children to participate in the children’s choir. Restructured the music library.

Worked with at-risk children in grades
1 – 5, first at a classroom teacher, then as a specialist, pulling children out
of the classroom to work with them in a therapeutic small group setting.
Instituted the Bridges Lab and the HOSTS Math program at West Elementary. Coordinated ‘Mentors’ (adult volunteers) to
work with the children one-on-one.
