Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard or direct debit from a checking or savings account. Payment cannot be made using a personal check. All payment is processed by Music Business Solutions at www.MuBus.com. Payment is made automatically on either the first of the month or the first of the quarter.
Lessons can be billed according to a quarterly or a monthly billing cycle. Monthly payments are made on the 1st of the month. There is a small surcharge for payments made monthly. Quarterly payments are made on the first day of the first month of that quarter. The Quarterly cycle is as follows: Fall Quarter: September-November. Winter Quarter: December-February. Spring Quarter: March-May. Summer Quarter: June-August.
Your tuition reserves you a weekly or bi-weekly time slot and membership within the studio. There will be no make-up lessons for last-minute cancellations made by students. Teacher cancellations will be made up. Please make note of the previously mentioned holidays so you can plan around the lessons that are already scheduled to be missed.

A family discount of 20% is for families with 3 or more children enrolled in lessons. Need-based scholarships and barter are available in special situations.
If you refer a student to me and they are accepted into my studio, you will receive a free lesson after they have completed a month of study. Please understand that your referral does not mean that they are automatically in the studio - they will have to audition (interview) just like you did.
